摘要
剖析图书馆组织文化的内涵及其特征,阐述图书馆组织文化对人力资源管理的协调功能,并结合我国图书馆的实际,探讨组织文化理论在图书馆人力资源管理中运用的几个问题。
On the basis of the analysis on implications and characteristics of library organizational culture, this paper expatiates on its coordinating functions in human resources management in libraries. Considering current status, the author attempts to discuss some problems about applying the theory of organizational culture to human resources management in libraries.
