摘要
本文从华人家族企业的典型特征出发,探讨了家族企业治理中所相应出现的矛盾与问题,而它们能否得到解决就成为决定家族企业兴衰的重要因素。此外,本文运用人类学之研究方法,深入观察了本文个案家族企业——台湾DC集团,观察其如何化解这些矛盾,让家族企业在这一条道路上发展得更远。同时藉此说明了家族企业的治理方式并非一定不佳或落后的经营模式,唯有立足于企业本身实际经营背景与情况,引进现代管理科学与公司治理,才会使得家族企业的香火绵延不断,雄踞世界经济之林。
The paper explored some problems and contradictions appeared in the management of Chinese family corporate according to the typical features of them. The solutions will be the key which decide the rise and fall the corporate. By using the research method of anthropology,the paper observed the corporate of Taiwan DC Group to see the ways they solved these contradictions, so that it enables the family corporate to develop further. It got the conclusion that family business is absolutely not a lagging economic organization or out of time. By bringing in modem management and corporate governance according to real state of the enterprise itself, family business can achieve sustainable development in the competition of world economy.
