摘要
经济快速发展深刻影响土地利用,对土地利用总体规划也会产生显著影响。该文分析了偃师市近年来经济快速发展所带来的土地利用变化情况,在对上一轮规划进行简要评价的基础上,提出土地利用总体规划编制技术与方法。
The land use has been deeply affected by the rapid economic development, which has a marked impact on general land use planning. The land use changes brought by rapid economic development of Yanshi in recent years are analyzed in the paper. The technology and method of general land use planning are proposed based on a brief evaluation on the last round of planning.
