摘要
采用Kirby-Bauer纸片扩散法(以下简称K-B法)和梅里埃公司的ATB Expression自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析仪(以下简称ATB法),测定了36株畜禽源沙门氏菌对16种抗生素的敏感性。结果表明:ATB法和K-B法对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、亚胺培南和复方新诺明的测定结果有显著性差异(P<0.05),对其他13种药物的测定结果没有显著性差异;全部菌株耐1种以上的抗生素,58%的菌株耐2种以上的抗生素。得出以下结论:在畜禽源沙门氏菌药敏性研究中,ATB法还不能完全替代K-B法;畜禽源沙门氏菌分离菌株不仅耐药性较强,而且耐药谱也在不断扩大。
The susceptibilities of 36 Salmonella strains isolated from livestock and poultry products to 16 antibiotics were tested by using Kirby - Bauer slip - diffusion method ( K - B method) and the method of BioMerieux ATB Expression automatic identifica- tion (ATB method). The statistical results showed that there were significant differences in the testing results of Salmonella suscep- tibility to Amoxicillin / Clavulanic acid, Imipenem and Sulfamethoxazole - trimethoprim between ATB method and K - B method (P 〈0.05), but no significant differences in the testing results were found between the two methods for other 13 antibiotics. All the i- solated strains were resistant to one or more antibiotics, and 58% of the strains were resistant to two or more antibiotics. In summary, ATB method still could not completely replace K - B method in the studies on the drug susceptibility of Salmonella strains derived from livestock and poultry. The isolated strains had stronger drug resistance, and their drug - resistant spectrum also continued to expand.
