摘要
通过培养皿和田间浓度梯度试验,研究了普施特除草剂对水稻干谷、芽谷、秧苗、发芽性状、苗高、干物重及穗粒结构等的影响,结果表明:(1)不同浓度普施特浸种和处理芽谷后,对根系的抑制程度大于芽,抗除草剂品种显著轻于常规品种;(2)苗期用不同浓度普施特处理后,只有在高浓度(3000 mL/hm2)下,抗除草剂品种的生长发育才受到明显的抑制;常规品种无论在低浓度还是高浓度下,株高和单株干物重均显著降低,生长受到明显抑制,最后逐渐消亡;(3)高浓度(2250和3000 mL/hm2)普施特对抗性水稻株高和穗粒结构有一定的影响,但对单株产量的影响未达显著水平。
Through petri dish and field concentration gradient tests, the author studied the effects of applying herbicide Imazethapyr on the dry seed, bud seed, seedling, germination traits, seedling height, dry matter weight and spike - grain structure of rice. The results showed that : after using different concentrations of Imazethapyr to soak seeds and to treat bud seeds, the root system was inhibited more heavily than the bud, and the herbicide - resistant variety was inhibited significantly lighter than the conventional variety. After treating seedlings with different concentrations of Imazethapyr, only in the treatment of high concentration (3000 mL/hm^2), the growth and development of the herbicide- resistant variety were significantly inhibited. However, all concentration treatments could significantly inhibit the growth and development of the conventional variety, and significantly decrease its plant height and dry matter weight, finally lead to the demise of the plants. Applying high concentrations (2250 mL/hm^2 and 3000 mL/ hm^2 ) of Imazethapyr had a certain impact on the plant height and spike - grain structure of the herbicide - resistant variety, but had no significant impact on the yield per plant.
