A corner milling force prediction for high speed machining

摘要 研究高速铣削过程中的拐角铣削力对于安全生产、提高加工质量具有重要的实际意义。采用多元回归正交试验法研究15°、45°和75°拐角的高速加工铣削力模型。基于概率统计和回归分析原理,建立了15°、45°和75°拐角铣削力预测公式,并进行显著性检验,试验结果表明,推导的铣削力预测公式具备显著性,预测值与实测值的结果趋势基本一致。 The corner milling force is the important practical significance in the process of high speed milling, and multiple regres- sion orthogonal test method has been conducted to study high speed milling corner model of 15° ,45°and 75°. Their milling force prediction formula are established based on the probability statistics and regression analysis principle, and then inspect the signifi- cant of their regression equation. The test results show that the derived milling force forecasting formulas have significant, the re- sult of the predicted values and the measured value trend are basically the same.
