摘要
目前汽车市场上车型种类繁多,且汽车企业为了适应市场竞争需求不断更新车型,汽车换型时80%以上汽车覆盖件模具也随之更换,所以对大型汽车覆盖件淬硬钢模具高速铣削加工产生了巨大的需求.而我国汽车模具制造达不到设计要求.本文分析了汽车大型覆盖件淬硬钢模具的高速铣削加工中存在的问题,在淬硬钢模具高速硬态铣削机理研究、切削动力学分析、切削刀具技术、加工工艺综合优化几个方面的研究现状进行分析和总结,同时指出了大型汽车覆盖件淬硬钢模具切削加工技术有待于进一步解决的问题.
There are a wide range of automotive models existing companies are constantly updating their automotive models in order in automotive market at present. Automotive to adapt to market competition demand, and 80% of automotive panel die also will be replaced when types of car change, so for automobile large cover a hard- ened steel mold high-speed milling processing has a great demand. However, automotive mould manufacturing in China can not reach the design requirements yet. This paper analyzes the existing problem in the automobile large cover: a hardened steel mold high-speed milling, and the current research status of hardened steel mold high-speed hard milling mechanism research, cutting dynamics analysis, cutting tool technology, processing technology integrated optimization are analyzed and summarized. Meanwhile, it points out the problems which remain to be further solved in the automobile large covering parts hardened steel mould machining technology.
