STARR手术治疗直肠前突20例疗效分析

摘要 STARR（stapled Tran sanal rectal Resection）手术是近年来意大利学者A·longo提出的用于治疗直肠前突的新术式。2009年6月～2010年6月收治行STARR手术患者20例,报告如下。资料与方法本组患者20例,均为女性;年龄23～80岁,平均51.5岁。临床表现：本组病例均有排便困难,便条细、便量少、肛门堵塞感、下坠感、排便不尽感、排便费时、费力。 Purpose:Observe the clinical curative effect of rectocele patients treated by STARR operation.Method:Analysis and summarize the effects of 20rectocele patients treated by STARR operations during Jun.2009-Jun.2010.Result:All the cases symptoms of hard defecate improved obviously.Consequence:STARR operations used for rectocele are safe and effective.
