摘要
目的:观察自拟愈疡汤治疗大剂量MTX化疗后口腔黏膜反应的疗效。方法:选择使用大剂量MTX化疗患者44例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各22例,对照组予以大剂量MTX化疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用自拟愈疡汤水煎内服。观察:两组口腔溃疡的发生率;溃疡的程度;溃疡愈合的时间。结果:观察组出现口腔溃疡例数明显较对照组减少,溃疡程度明显减轻,且溃疡愈合时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟愈疡汤防治大剂量MTX化疗后口腔黏膜反应疗效显著。
Objective： In order to observe the clinical effect of Self-made Yuyang Decoction on treating oral ulcer after high- dose of MTX chemotherapy. Methods ： 44 patients were collected and cured by high-dose of MTX chemotherapy, then they were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group. Both groups were given routine treatment, the experimental groupwas treated by Self-made Yuyang Decoction. Then observed incidence, degree and healing time of oral ulcer. Results： The ex- perimental group was better than controlled group in incidence, degree and healing time of oral ulcer, and this differences had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Self-made Yuyang Decoction has significant curative effect in treatment of oral ulcer after high dose of MTX chemotherapy.
