摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤化疗后重度骨髓抑制的护理。方法总结50例恶性肿瘤化疗后出现重度骨髓抑制的护理过程。结果本组42例康复出院,4例并发感染性休克、呼吸或循环衰竭死亡,4例自动出院。结论对化疗后致重度骨髓抑制患者及时采取保护性隔离,做好心理及基础护理,联合抗感染、营养、对症支持治疗,多数患者能安全、平稳的度过骨髓抑制期。
Objective To investigate the nursing effects of the malignant tumor patients with severe bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy. Methods The nursing processes of 50 malignant tumor cases with severe bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy were analyzed. Results In all 50 cases, 42 cases recovered, 4 cases discharged voluntarily, and 4 cases died of septic shock ,respiratory or circulatory failure. Conclusions Most of patients can pass the course of bone marrow suppression safely and smoothly as long as the measures such as protective isolation, psycho-nursing and basic nursing were taken promptly combined with anti-infection and nutritional support treatment.
