摘要
采用单向拉伸试验和扫描电镜等手段,研究了不同退火制度对Φ3.0 mm的5154铝合金导线力学和导电性能的影响。试验结果表明:在退火1 h时,从300℃到500℃退火试样抗拉强度和电阻率随退火温度的升高而降低,在500℃时其抗拉强度和电阻率分别为225.92 N/mm2与43.82 nΩ.m。而伸长率则随退火温度的升高而上升,在500℃时达到24.68%。
The mechanical properties and electric conductivity of 5154 aluminum alloy wire with diameter of Ф3.0 mm annealed at different temperatures with 1 h holding have been investigated by means of tensile testing and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the tensile strength and electric resistance of wire decrease while annealing temperature being increased from 300 ℃ to 500 ℃. The tensile strength and electric resistivity of the specimen being annealed at 500 ℃ reach to 225.92 N/mm^2 and 43.82 nΩ. m respectively, but the elongation increases up to 24.68%.
