摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X-射线衍射仪以及电子万能实验机等设备研究了Al-5Ti-0.25C对AZ81镁合金显微组织及性能的影响。结果表明,加入一定量的Al-5Ti-0.25C,AZ81镁合金的形核方式变为非均质形核,其组织由树枝晶转化为细小均匀的等轴晶,这是由于Al4C3与α-Mg的错配度小于6%,Al4C3作为镁的良好异质结晶晶核,起到细化晶粒的作用。另外,Al-5Ti-0.25C的加入有效地改善了AZ81镁合金的综合力学性能。
The effect of Al-5Ti0. 25C on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ81 magnesium alloys has been investigated by metallographie microscope, scanning elec- tronic microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electronic universal experimental testing machine. The investigation results show that in accordance with a certain addition of Al-STi-0.25 C the nucleation mode of AZ81 magnesium alloy becomes un-homogeneity nucleation and the dendrite changes into fine isometrics crystal. This is due to the mismatch ratio of Al4C3 with α-Mg less than 6%, Al4C3 could work as the excellent heterogeneous nucleus of magnesium that can refine the grains. Besides ,the addition of Al-STi-0.25C can improve mechanical properties of AZ81 magnesium alloy effectively.
