摘要
采用等离子弧喷涂技术制备了AlSi-ployester涂层并在不同热处理温度和时间内进行热处理,利用扫描电镜、CMT5605型电子万能实验机、TH320表面硬度仪等研究分析了热处理前后涂层的组织结构、结合强度、硬度等性能。通过对试验结果的归纳、分析,探讨了涂层结合强度和硬度与热处理温度和时间之间的关系。结果表明,随着热处理温度和时间的提高,涂层硬度和结合强度有所降低。当涂层经300℃×300h热处理后结合强度为4.79MPa,硬度为HRC32.5,满足使用要求。
AlSi-ployester coating prepared by using the plasma spraying technology was annealed at different temperature and time duration,the properties as microstructure,adhesion strength and hardness before and after the heat treatment was studied by SEM,CMT5605 electronic universal testing machine and TH320 surface hardness tester.Through induction and analysis of the test results,the relationship between adhesion strength and hardness of the coating and temperature and time of the heat treatment was discussed.The results showed that both the hardness and adhesion strength of the coating decreased with the temperature and time increased.The adhesion strength was 4.79 MPa and hardness was HR15Y32.5 after the coating was heat-treated for 300 h at 300 ℃,meeting the requirements for hardness and adhesion strength of the coating in application.
