摘要
目的探讨医学院校大学生自尊水平、应对方式特点及两者的关系。方法使用自尊量表和简易应对方式问卷对某医学院校大学生的自尊水平、应对方式进行调查。结果①医学院校大学生自尊水平与积极应对方式维度呈显著正相关(r=0.338,P<0.01),与消极应对方式维度呈显著的负相关(r=-0.156,P<0.01);②自尊水平高分组和低分组在应对方式积极维度上存在显著性差异(t=5.54,P<0.01),在消极应对维度上差异性不显著(t=1.15,P>0.05)。结论医学院校大学生自尊水平较高,应对方式上倾向选择积极的应对方式。
Objective To investigate the level of self-esteem,coping styles of medical college students and their relationship. Methods Using self-esteem scale and simplified coping styles scale to assess 444 college students of Xinxiang medical university. Results Medical college students＇ self-esteem was significantly positive correlation with positive coping style （r= 0. 338, P〈： 0.01 ）, while significantly negative correlation with negative coping style （r =-0.156,P〈0.01）. There was significant difference in positive coping style between high and low self-esteem group （t= 5.54,P〈0. 01）,and no significant difference in negative coping style（t= 1.15,P〈0, 05）. Conclusion Medical college students＇ self-esteem level is higher than the norm;they tend to choose pos- itive copinlz styles.
