摘要
为探明木麻黄对自毒胁迫的抗性机理,为解决木麻黄连栽障碍提供依据,以同一基因型的‘惠安1号’木麻黄水培幼苗为材料,采用2种木麻黄化感物质槲皮黄素-3-α-阿拉伯糖苷(Q3A)和槲皮黄素-3-β-葡萄糖苷(Q3B)0(CK)、12.5、25、50、100、200、400 mg.L-1浓度模拟短期胁迫对木麻黄活性氧代谢、保护酶活性、质膜透性和渗透调节物质的影响。结果表明,随着2种化感物质胁迫浓度的增加,木麻黄幼苗小枝的活性氧累积,质膜透性上升,过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性均上升。Q3A胁迫下过氧化物酶活性、脯氨酸含量上升,可溶性蛋白含量先上升后下降;Q3B胁迫下过氧化物酶活性、脯氨酸及可溶性蛋白含量均先上升后下降。不同化感物质胁迫下各生理指标变化的进程和幅度存在差异,综合分析,短期胁迫下木麻黄幼苗能够忍受轻度的胁迫(12.5、25 mg.L-1),对Q3A胁迫的忍耐能力优于对Q3B胁迫。
In order to find the physiological characteristics of Casuarina equisetifolia under autotoxins stress and provide the scientific basis for easing C.equisetifolia planting obstacles,clones of 'Huian No.1' C.equisetifolia seedlings were cultured in a hydroponic system to investigate the effects of reactive oxygen,protective enzyme activity,plasma relative permeability and leaf osmoregulatory molecules under allelochemicals stress induced by quercetin-3-α-araboside(Q3A) and quercetin-3-β-glucoside(Q3B) for short term(24 h) with 7 concentrations: 0,12.5,25,50,100,200 and 400 mg · L-1.The experimental results indicated that: with the increasing concentration of the 2 kinds of allelochemicals,most of physiological indices increased but soluble protein under Q3A stress and peroxidase active,proline content,soluble protein under Q3B stress rose firstly and then fell.The trends of physiological and biochemical indices differ for different allelochemicals.Analysis of physiological and biochemical characters suggests that: the C.equisetifolia could tolerate physiological damage induced by slight(25,12.5 mg · L-1) allelochemical stress at the short term(24 h).The resistance of the seedlings of C.equisetifolia under Q3A stress was higher than Q3B stress.
