锌胁迫对灰杨根、茎、叶、皮锌含量的影响

摘要 采用德国转基因银灰杨作为试验材料,研究了营养液浓度在高锌(2000μmol.L-1ZnSO4)和缺锌(0μmol.L-1ZnSO4)两种胁迫条件下对锌灰杨根、茎、叶、皮、各器官内含量的影响,结果表明:灰杨的根、和茎皮对锌有很好的吸附与富集作用,锌胁迫后其锌含量显著升高;叶片也具有一定的吸附作用,但不及根和茎皮;茎对锌无富集作用. This research studied the effect on contents of zinc in the roots,stems,leaves and bark of transgenic German poplar(Populus × canescens) grown in solution culture when zinc stress of was in high(2000 μmol·L-1ZnSO4)and low(0 μmol·L-1ZnSO4).The results show that after being in the low and high zinc stress for 44 days,there is a great enrichment of zinc adsorption on the root and stem bark of poplar.The leaves also has developed a certain zinc adsorption capability but not as obvious as that of the root and stem bark.While the stems have no zinc adsorption ability.
