摘要
采用热分析质谱技术研究国产烤烟,白肋烟以及烟草的主成分纤维素,木质素,果胶的热解及热解产物。研究结果表明:烟草热解分为三个阶段,大分子物质分解引起的失重为最主要的失重阶段。果胶,木质素,纤维素的分解主要发生在200至450℃之间。烟气中羧酸类物质,醚类物质,酯类物质生成温度较低,主要来自于纤维素和果胶的分解,而苯系物和酚类物质则需要较高的热解温度,主要来自于木质素的分解。
This study investigated the thermal decomposition and pyrolysis products of Chinese flue-cured and burley tobacco, as well as their cellulose, lignin, and pectin components using thermogravimetric analysis-mass spectrometry ( TG-MS ) tech- nique. Results indicate that the thermal decomposition of tobacco can be generally classified into four stages, and the predominant mass loss occurs when high-molecular-weight constituents of tobacco are decomposed. Pectin, lignin, and cellulose are mainly de- composed at the temperature ranges of 200-450℃. The decomposition of cellulose and pectin produces primarily acids, ethers, and esters,whereas lignin mainly produces phenols and aromatic hydrocarbons.
