摘要
介绍了过程失效模式及后果分析(PFMEA)方法的基本原理,提出了适合柔性焊装生产线的PFMEA方法以及各项评估指标和评估标准,并通过具体生产实例描述了PFMEA方法在柔性焊装生产线上的实际应用。结果表明,利用PFMEA方法可预先发现柔性生产线潜在的高风险失效模式,由此可采取相应措施避免失效的发生。
Fundamental principle of process failure mode and effects analysis （PFMEA） method is introduced in this paper, in which PFMEA method which is suitable for flexible welding line as well as evaluation criteria and evaluation standard are presented. And practical application of PFMEA method in flexible welding line is described with specific production example. The results show that PFMEA method can be used to identify potential high risk failure mode in flexible line in advance, therefore corresponding measures can he adopted to prevent failure.
