摘要
介绍了"零缺陷质量管理"的最新概念以及上海汽车工业(集团)总公司在这方面的工作经验与措施。过去的十年,形式多样化的零缺陷质量活动在上汽集团得到积极的实践。本文概括总结了上汽集团各企业零缺陷质量管理的共同特征,将防错技术作为实现零缺陷的核心方法,并在设计、制造、服务这三项核心流程中加以应用,目标是在"十五"期间培育上汽集团预防性的质量文化。零缺陷质量管理的实施,将使企业在设计、制造、服务等环节逐步实现世界一流的零缺陷质量。
A number of methods of zero defect quality control have been practiced in the subcompanies of Shanghai Automobile Industry (Group) Company in the past decade. This paper summarized the general characteristics of most quality control activities in SAIC, taking error proofing technology as the core methodology to realize zero defect, and use it in all the major processes such as design, manufacturing and service. The target to implement this is to foster a culture of preventive quality control throughout SAIC. The implementation of zero defect quality management will help the company to achieve world class zero defect quality in design, manufacturing and service.
