摘要
分析了电机定转子铁心的冲压工艺,确定采用双排排样、套冲无废料多工位级进模方案。模具结构上采用双对精密轴承对条料导向、废料回跳检测、落料工位错排、收紧块校正等技术,解决了模具双排及无废料冲制的关键问题。实践证明,模具工作稳定,材料利用率和生产效率得到提高,经济效益显著。
Stamping process of motor stator & rotor cores was analyzed, and the double nesting and no waste-free multi -position progressive die program was determined. The technologies of double precision bearing on strip, waste bounce detection, blanking workers dislocation row, tighten block correction were adopted. This solved the key issues of double row and no waste punching. The application shows that the die works stably, material utilization and production efficiency is improved, economic efficiency is increased.
