摘要
分析了电机定转子冲片加工工艺及传统加工工艺的缺陷,设计了转子冲片和定子冲片同模套冲、自动叠铆的级进模,确定了排样方案及模具结构,阐述了自动叠铆技术的设计要点。该模具自投入生产,效率高、运行稳定、寿命长。
The technical characteristic and defect of conventional processing technique in blanking motor stator & rotor was analyzed. A progressive die for co-blanking rotor and stator, then for automatic tinertoy was designed. The layout scheme and general structure were determined. The key points in designing automatic tinertoy were stated. The die proved to be high efficient in production, stable in operation and long in service life.
