B型尿钠肽在心力衰竭临床诊断中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨血浆B型尿钠肽(BNP)在心力衰竭(HF)临床诊断中应用。方法选择2010年2月-2012年2月,湖南耒阳市人民医院收治并确诊病例40例HF患者作为观察组,同时选择同期在我院心内科检查的非HF患者40例作为对照组。采用BNP检测试剂盒,利用电化学发光法检测两组患者血浆BNP水平,采用心脏彩色多普勒超声测定两组患者LVEDD和LVEF。结果观察组BNP水平为(382.2±113.8)ng/L,高于对照组水平(42.1±10.9)ng/L,(P<0.05);观察组BNP和LVED治疗后水平较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),LVEF较治疗治疗前均增加(P<0.05);BNP水平与HF的发病性关联系数为2.35,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆BNP水平与HF存在相关性,对于心力衰竭患者的早期诊断及其预后评估具有较好的临床诊断价值。
