摘要
[目的]观察参麦注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。[方法]将收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规西医综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液治疗,结合B型尿钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)检测结果观察疗效。[结果]两组患者BNP值均有下降,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]根据BNP检测结果,参麦注射液可以提高慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Shenmai Injection on CHF.[Method] Randomly divide 90 CHF cases into observation group and control group;the control one took routine western medicine,the observation group was added with Shenmai Injection;observe the cure effect combining with BNP.[Result] In both groups,BNP values decreased,the observation group was much better than control one.[Conclusion] Under BNP tests,Shenmai Injection can improve the clinical cure effect of CHF.
