摘要
目前,高校校园文化建设备受学校和社会的重视,但在建设过程中仍存在一些问题,如自身特色体现不够、学生主体性发挥不够、重"物质"轻"精神"等。必须在科学认识校园文化建设的内涵和功能的基础上,创新学生管理工作理念,通过开展富有特色的校园文化品牌活动、注重学生对校园文化活动的有效参与、创建先进的精神文明软环境等举措,寻求学生管理工作与校园文化建设的最佳结合点和交叉点。
At present, the cultural construction of college campus has attracted much attention of colleges and socie- ties, however, there still exist some problems in the construction progress, including difficult to develop the campus cuhure at a large and extent scale and few participants of the students in the campus cultural construction. In the light of the importance of management of students in the construction of college campus culture, renewal of the educa- tional idea as well as innovation of the management turns to be effective approach in expanding campus cultural con- struction.
