摘要
目的探讨创建癌痛规范化治疗示范病房的效果。方法为响应卫生部办公厅[2011]43号文件关于开展'癌痛规范化治疗示范病房'创建活动的通知,我科于2013年11月~2014年4月开展创建'癌痛规范化治疗示范病房'活动。活动期间,自设问卷,于创建前后对本科27名护士行癌痛管理理念及癌痛知识调查;对本科90例中重度以上癌痛患者于入院时、出院前对癌痛治疗、癌痛缓解的满意度调查。结果创建前后27名护士掌握癌痛知识、癌痛管理态度比较有显著差异(<0.01);90例癌痛患者入院时与出院前癌痛治疗和癌痛缓解满意度比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论通过创建活动,提升了医护人员癌痛管理理念,增加了癌痛知识;提高了患者癌痛知识知晓率及治疗依从性,疼痛得到有效控制,改善了生活质量,提高了满意度。因此,创建'癌痛规范化治疗示范病房'活动值得继续开展。
Objective To explore the ef ect of the standardized treatment of cancer pain demonstration unit.Methods In response to the of ice of the Ministry of Health document[2011]No.43 about car ying out the standardized treatment of cancer pain demonstration unit,Our department started it in November 2013 to April 2014.During the Activities,seting up our own questionnaire,we investigated the pain management philosophy and pain knowledge of twenty-seven nurses in our department.We surveyed the satisfaction of ninety patients with moderate or severe cancer pain admit ed and leaveing the hospital in our department.Results To compare the pain management philosophy and pain knowledge of twenty-seven nurses before and after creating the standardized treatment of cancer pain demonstration unit,the dif erences are significant(P<0.01).That are significant dif erences for the satisfaction to cancer pain treatment and remission of ninety patients with cancer pain admit ed and leaveing the hospital(<0.05).Conclusion By the activities,promoting the pain management philosophy of the doctor and nurse,increasing the pain knowledge,raising the awareness of cancer pain and the treatment compliance of the patients,ef ectively control ing cancer pain,improving the quality of life,enhancing the satisfaction.Therefore,car ying out the standardized treatment of cancer pain demonstration unit deserves developing.
