摘要
目的:研究哈尔滨地区手术室护士职业倦怠现状与社会支持现状,分析其相关性,通过提高社会支持,减轻职业倦怠感。方法:通过目的抽样选取哈尔滨地区8所二甲以上的医院468名手术室护士进行调查,回收有效问卷450份,调查工具包括一般情况调查表、职业倦怠量表与社会支持量表。结果:在职业倦怠量表中,情感耗竭得分为29.42±9.58,去个性化得分为7.45±4.32,个人成就感得分为28.12±9.29。手术室护士的情感耗竭与主观支持存在显著相关(P<0.01)。去个性化与主观支持和支持利用度存在显著相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:预防手术室护士职业倦怠,应努力增加护士的社会支持,塑造良好的人格,更好地为社会大众服务。
Objective: To investigate Harbin operation room nurse occupation burnout and social support status, to analyze their correlation and to reduce the occupation burnout by improving the social support. Methods: Purposive sampling was used to select 468 operation room nurses from 8 hospitals above Grade 2A in Harbin areas, 450 valid questionnaires were collected. General situation questionnaire, occupation burnout scale and social support scale were used in this survey. Results: In the occupation burnout scale, emotional exhaustion score was 29.42 + 9.58, depersonalization score was 7.45:1: 4.32, and personal accomplishment scores were 28.12:t 9.29. There is a significant correlation between emotional exhaustion and subjective support of operation room nurses (P〈0.01). Depersonalization was significantly related with subjective support and support availability (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion: Increasing nurses' social support would contribute to prevent occupation burnout of nurses in the operation room, additionally create good personality and offer better service to the public.
