摘要
选取广东汕头市4家市级医院的400名医务人员,有计划地对其进行各种信息技能的培训,对比他们培训前后在处理医患关系上的不同效果,证明信息素养水平高的医护人员能够采用适当的方式交流、表达信息,能够将选择的信息融入自身的知识体系,并应用于医学科研与实践,在遇到问题时及时利用所掌握的相关信息进行处理,减少医患矛盾,增进医患和谐。
Four hundred medical staff, selected from 4 municipal hospitals in Shantou City of Guangdong Province, were trained in different information skills according to the plan. The effects on the relationship between them and patients were compared before and after training, which showed that the medical staff with a high information literacy level could reduce the conflicts with the patients and increase the hormonal relationship with the patients by adopting appropriate methods to communicate with the patients and express their information, and incorporating the information they selected into their own knowledge and applying it in their medical research and practice, when they encountered problems.
