摘要
建立了DCT换挡过程的动力学模型以分析离合器液压控制系统。制作了温度对离合器压力的影响曲线。针对控制系统进行温度修正,有效地解决"飞车"现象,降低了冲击度,减少了滑磨功,实现了离合器的工作压力的精确调节。
Build DCT shifting process dynamics model, and the clutch hydraulic control system is analyzed. The clutch pressure curve with the affection of temperature is maken. Correction for temperature control system, an effective solution to the phenomenon of "runaway", the impact degrees is reduced, the friction power is reduced, a precise adjustment of the working pressure of the clutch is achieved.
