摘要
东方气田开发过程中,在利用单井初始产能测试数据基础上通过半经验法求解湍流系数、产能系数,通过天然气高压物性参数计算方法求取影响产能方程系数Ah、Bh变化的主要因素天然气地下黏度μg和压缩因子Z等,从而建立随地层压力变化的动态产能方程。利用日常生产井口测试资料结合垂直管流计算,可以求解不关井情况下的动态产能和地层压力。在东方气田单井应用结果表明,动态产能计算能够替代常规产能测试,对气藏的合理开发具有重要的指导意义。
The new application method of productivity test data in DF gas field is expatiated, which based on the single well productivity test data and solving turbulent coefficient, capacity factor by semi empirical method. The natural gas viscosity and compression factor will be calculated by high pressure natural gas physical parameters of classic calculation method, which affects the capacity equation coefficient Ah, Bh expression. Using different classical methods through iteration in combination with vertical pipe flow, the dynamic productivity and formation pressure can also be calculated by production wellhead test data. The new application method of dynamic produc- tion data in the DF gas field application results show that the dynamics productivity calculation can replace conven- tional deliverability test and play an important role in reasonable development of gas field.
