摘要
东方气田属于我国南海海域高温高压并存油气田之一,具有地温梯度高、多套压力系统共存、钻井液密度窗口窄等特点。为此,总结分析了现阶段东方气田高温高压井钻井液所面临的技术挑战,高温稳定性以及流变性、滤失性控制等钻井液技术难题亟待解决。针对东方气田高温高压井对钻井液高温稳定性和防塌技术的需求,通过优选关键钻井液处理剂,研制了抗高温高密度水基钻井液。结果表明,优选的高温高密度水基钻井液体系具有高温稳定性强、润滑性好以及页岩抑制能力、封堵能力及抗污染能力强等优点,气层保护效果优良。
Dongfang gas field in the South China Sea is characterized by high geothermal gradient,the coexistence of multiple sets of pressure systems,narrow drilling fluid density window etc. The drilling fluid technical problems faced HPHT wells,such as high temperature stability,rheological property and filtration property control in Dongfang gas field were systematically analyzed and summarized. According to the HPHT wells demand for high temperature stability and anti- sloughing technology in Dongfang gas field,a new high temperature and high density water- base drilling fluid was developed by optimizing the critical drilling fluid additive. The field application results indicated that the optimized high temperature and high density water- base drilling fluid system has strong high temperature stability,good lubricity and shale inhibition,strong plugging and anti- pollution capacity and other advantages,and also had excellent gas reservoir protection effect.
