摘要
探讨肥厚性瘢痕形成及药物治疗的部分机理。方法:测定正常皮肤、瘢痕治疗前后的胶原代谢变化。结果:瘢痕的胶原合成明显高于正常皮肤,降解略增高。药物治疗后,其降解显著增高,合成无明显变化。结论:肥厚性瘢痕的合成与降解代谢的增高,以降解为主。药物治疗瘢痕的机制主要是增加其降解代谢。
Objective : In this paper we want to evaluate a part of mechanism of HS formation and explore a new way for HS by medi- cation. Methods: We examined the collagenic synthesis in normal skin, the therapeutic group and control group. Results: The content of collagenic synthesis in HS was remarkably increased than that in normal skin, but the degradation was a little more only. After the treatment of verapamil hydrochoride, the content of collagenic synthesis in HS was a little more than that in control group, but the degradation was obviously increased than that in control group. Conclusion: The anabolism of callagen in HS was more faster than normal skin but the catabolism accelerate just a little. The therapeutic agent-verapmil can seriously speed up the catabolism of collagen in HS.
