摘要
目的：探讨Ａ型肉毒杆菌毒素（ＢＴＸＡ）治疗面肌痉挛（ＨＦＳ）的疗效及副作用。方法：对２３５例ＨＦＳ病人进行面肌多点注射ＢＴＸＡ，对治疗前后的病情分级进行比较，并随访１２—３６周。结果：ＢＴＸＡ治疗的总有效率为９８．３％（２３１／２３５），无全身反应，半年复发率为６０％，药效作用时间平均１６周；重复注射同样有效。结论：局部注射ＢＴＸＡ是治疗ＨＦＳ的一种有效手段。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic efficacy of botulinum toxin type A on hemifacial spasm(HFS). Methods: 235 HFS patients were beated with botulinum toxin type A and followed up. Symptomatic alleviations after the injection were graded in comparison with the symptoms at the pretreatment stage. Rusults: The efficient rate was 98. 3% (231 /235 injections) in the 235 cases. but 60% of the patients relapsed about half a year later, the duration of action was average 16 weeks; Conclusions: Botulinum toxin type A is an effective therapy for hemifacial spasm.
