摘要 目的探讨最大无菌屏障与预防中心静脉导管相关血流感染的相关性。方法采取Meta分析法,对医院重症监护室或肿瘤患者实施中心静脉置管时采用最大无菌屏障来预防导管相关血流感染的作用进行研究和分析。结果依据本研究标准,将8篇个案研究资料纳入分析范围,根据异质性检验水准(d=0.1),选择随机效应模型分析,结果显示最大无菌屏障可降低中心静脉导管相关血流感染发生率(OR=0.35,95%CI=0.24~0.53;P〈0.01)。结论最大无菌屏障可降低中心静脉导管相关血流感染发生率,可作为导管相关血流感染重要预防措施。 Objective To study the relationship between maximum sterile barrier and central venous catheter related bloodstream infection. Methods Meta analysis was used to study and analyze the effect of maximum sterile barrier to prevent central venous catheter related bloodstream infection in ICU or cancer patients. Results Data of 8 case studies were included in this research according to the standard. Random effect model was chosen according to the heterogeneity inspection level ( a= 0.1 ), and the results showed that maximum sterile barrier can reduce the rate of central venous catheter related bloodstream infection ( OR = 0.35, 95 % CI = 0.24 - 0.53 ;P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Maximum sterile barrier can reduce the rate of central venous catheter related bloodstream infection and be used as an important measure to prevent catheter-related bloodstream infection.
