摘要
【摘要】目的探讨口腔癌患者围手术期的心理情况，以期给予相应的护理。方法选择口腔癌手术患者62例，随机分为观察组和对照组各31例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上，给予术前、术中、术后心理护理干预。采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）比较两组患者心理状况差异。结果人院时两组患者SCL-90评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；手术后2周观察组患者SCL-90评分中焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感及精神病性因子得分分别为（1．68±0．53），（1．76±0．65），（1.78±0．56），（1．86±0．64），（1．83±0．53），（1．75±0．65），（1．73±0．45）分，均低于对照组的（1．53±0．47），（1．67±0，35），（1．56±0．35），（1．87±0．56），（1．74±0．62），（1．65±0．45），（1．78±0．76）分，差异均有统计学意义（t分别为3．56，8．43，3．32，4．86，6．61，0．76，6．43；P〈0．05）。结论对口腔癌患者实施心理护理干预，可缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，减轻患者的心理负担。
Objective To study the psychological status of perioperative patients with mouth cancer, so as to give them corresponding nursing. Methods Totals of 62 cases of patients with mouth cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each with 31 cases. The control group received conventional nursing while the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention before, during and after the surgery in addition. SCL-90 was used to compare psychological status of patients in two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of SCL-90 scores between two groups before hospitalization （P 〉 0.05）. Two weeks after the surgery, the score of anxiety, depression, fear, somatization, compulsion, sensitive interpersonal relationship and psychsis subscale in SCL-90 was respectively （1.68 ± 0.53）,（1.76±0.65）,（1.78±0.56）,（1.86±0.64）,（l.83±0.53）,（1.75±0.65）, （1.73 ±0.45） in the experimental group, and （ 1.53 ±0.47）, （ 1.67 20.35）, （ 1.56 20.35）, （ 1.87 20.56）, （ 1.74 ±0.62）, （ 1.65 ± 0.45 ）, （ 1.78 ± 0.76 ） in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ t = 3.56, 8.43,3.32,4.86,6.61,0.76,6.43, respectively; P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Implementation of psychological nursing intervention can help relieve patients＇ adverse emotions including anxiety and depression and reduce their nsvcholozical burden.
