摘要
目的:应用免疫固定的电泳技术,提高M蛋白病的正确诊断率。方法:通过对血清免疫球蛋白定量、区带电泳、固定电泳以及尿的区带电泳、免疫电泳和本周氏蛋白的检测,综合分析判断。结果:检测来自国内送诊的1213例标本,共检出M蛋白445例,占36.69%,准确率达99.6%。结论:以免疫固定电泳替代传统的检测方法,使得鉴定M蛋白的方法较2年前有了更大的提高。
Objective: Using immunofixation electrophoresis (IFE)techniques to improve the diagnostic accuracy for monoclonal gammapathies. Methods: Based on the rephormetric assay of serum immunoglobulins and the ratio of light chain in patients, zone electrophoresis, immunofixation electrophoresis were performed to detect MM in serum; qualitative determination of Bence Jones protein in urine and concentrated urinary protein immunoelectrophoresis were included to confirm the results. Results:445 monoclonal gammapathies from 1 213 clinical specimens of China were detected. The detect rate was 36.69% .The accuracy rate was 99.6%. Conclusion: Combined usage of several methods can get more accurated results in the detection of MM.
