阶段性用药对鸡球虫病的治疗试验 被引量:2

摘要 将 14日龄AA肉鸡 2 80只随机等分成 7组 ,Ⅰ组为空白对照组 ,Ⅱ组为感染不给药组 ,Ⅲ组为马杜拉霉素组 ,Ⅳ组为盐霉素治疗组 ,Ⅴ组为中药治疗组 ,Ⅵ组为先用马杜拉霉素再用中药治疗组 ,Ⅶ组为先用盐霉素再用中药治疗组。 15日龄时口服接种柔嫩艾美球虫卵囊 1.2× 10 5个 /只。阶段性用药的Ⅴ组和Ⅵ组 ,抗球虫指数 (ACI)为 2 0 3 .7和 187.1,14~2 8日龄Ⅴ组和Ⅵ组平均每只鸡增重为 64 6.3 g和 619.3g ,经 q检验 ,与其它各组平均每只鸡增重差异显著。试验结果表明阶段性应用中药和西药是治疗鸡球虫病的有效方法 。
