摘要
以15日龄罗曼蛋公雏为试验动物,研究中药复方“球康”微粉制剂对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫的疗效。试验共设9个组:中药超微粉1%、2%、5%拌料给药组、中药超微粉1%、2%饮水给药组、中药普通粉组(5%拌料)、克球嘉组(500×10-6拌料)、感染不给药对照组和不感染不给药对照组。结果显示:中药超微粉2%拌料组、超微粉1%拌料组和克球嘉组抗球虫指数(AC I)分别为175.96、166.89、163.23,抗球虫效果良好;中药普通粉组(5%拌料)和微粉组(5%拌料)的AC I分别为142.33和153.00,中药微粉1%和2%饮水给药组的AC I分别为121.52和125.67,四组均有中等抗球虫效果。
15 days-old Loman chickens were chosed for the experiment to research the effect of Qiukang complex prescription precossed by mini-grinding on prevention and treatment for Eimeria coccidiosis. The results demonstrated that the anticoccidial index （ACI） of ultra-fine powder groups （mixed in forage by 2% ,1% ） and Keqiujia（ mixed in forage with 500 × 10^-6） were 175.96,166.89 and 163.23 respectively, which had good anticoccidial effect; While ordinary power and ultrafine powder （both 5% mixed with feeds） with uhrafine powder groups（ administrated in water by 2% ,1% ） had middling anticoccidial effect, and the ACI of them were 142.33, 153.00,121.52 and 125.67 respectively.
