摘要
猪繁殖与呼吸综合征 (PRRS)弱毒株能在Marc 145细胞上正常增殖 ,经克隆纯化后测得其毒价为 10 7.4 1TCID50 /mL。克隆株对乳鼠、低日龄乳猪和妊娠母猪具有很高的安全性 ;3日龄乳猪用 10 -1、10 -2 稀释的病毒液接种后 ,能抵御 10 5.8TCID50 /mL的PRRS强毒攻击 ;后备母猪在接种克隆株病毒后于妊娠 85d用PRRS强毒攻击 ,结果不发生流产 ;妊娠母猪接种克隆株病毒原液后 ,足月产仔时其后代无死产、弱仔、干尸化现象。临床应用PRRS弱毒苗 12万头份 ,证明克隆株弱毒苗在控制仔猪呼吸道症状和母猪繁殖障碍方面安全。
The atenuated porcine respiratory and reproductive syndrome virus proliferated normally in Marc 145 cells and the attenuated cloned PRRSV titer was 10 7.41 TCID 50 /mL and the cloned strain was showed a good safety for suckling mice, suckling piglets and pregnant sows. And 3 old day piglets were protested from the 10 5.8 TCID 50 /mL virulent PRRSV infection following inoculing with 10 -1 and 10 -2 the attenuated PRRSV solution. Replacement gilts were challenged with virulent PRRSV on the day 85 post pregnanies but no abortion, no still birth and no week babies and no mummified embryos were produced. 120 000 sows and gilts were inoculated with the attenuated PRRSV vaccine in the clinic practises, which showed that the attenuated cloned PRRSV vaccine has a good safety and an ideal immune potenty against PRRS in pigs.
