摘要
通过对浙江省大中型泵站的主水泵进行现状分析,选择一典型中型泵站按照《泵站安全鉴定规程》要求,从装置效率、主水泵汽蚀、导轴承磨损等方面对主水泵的安全可靠性进行分析,发现该泵站装置效率低、主水泵汽蚀和导轴承磨损严重,已不满足规程要求,泵站安全可靠运行没有保证。为保证大中型泵站的安全可靠运行,应减少主水泵汽蚀和导轴承磨损。通过改善进水流态、调节运行工况和对已出现汽蚀部位进行修复可减少主水泵的汽蚀,通过提高主水泵导轴承的耐磨性和减少导轴承的载荷可减小导轴承的磨损。
Based on the current analysis of main pump in large and medium pump station in Zhejiang,a classical medium pump is chosen to analysis on the safety and reliability of main pump according to standard requirement.Through the analysis, it is found that the pumping system efficiency is low,the main pump cavitation and bearing wear is serious.The safe operation of pump station can not be guaranteed when the main pump can't meet the standard requirement.In order to realize the safe and reliable operation of pump station,how to decrease the main pump cavitation and bearing wear are considered.The main pump cavitation could to be decreased by improving inlet flow pattern,changing the operating modes and repairing cavitation position.The bearing wear could to be decreased by improving the wearing capacity and reducing loading.
