摘要
根据轴流泵叶轮叶片和导叶体叶片的木模图,利用Pro/engineering软件的三维造型功能,采用由点到线、线到面、面再到体的方法对轴流泵叶片进行三维造型,进而完成轴流泵全流道的造型.采用CFD前处理器Gambit软件对全流道进行了网格划分,并在前处理软件中进行了边界条件的划定,从而完成了轴流泵内部湍流场数值模拟的前处理过程,为后期的CFD计算和性能预测提供了条件.
Based on the wooden patterns of the axial-flow pump,a method was proposed to establish the 3D modeling of blades,by means of Pro/Engineering software to draw lines from points,faces from lines and bodies from faces.The hydraulics professional pre-processing software Gambit is used to carry on the grid division,with boundary conditions established.The completion of the numerical simulation pre-processing of axial flow field makes the foundation of the future CFD calculation and capability forecast.
