摘要
目的:观察养阴天香丹对大鼠心肌缺血阴虚证的血管内皮功能影响。方法:采用温、燥、利水中药灌胃制造阴虚证模型,再用异丙肾上腺素皮下注射复制心肌缺血模型,并观察养阴天香丹对血管内皮功能的作用。结果:养阴天香丹能显著升高一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、降低血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结论:养阴天香丹明显改善大鼠心肌缺血阴虚证的血管内皮功能作用,是改善心肌缺血的有效药物。
Objective : To study the influence of Yangyin Tianxiangdan on vascular endothelial function in myocardial ischemia of Yin deficiency syndrome in rats models. Methods : Models of Yin deficiency syndrome were established by oral traditional Chi- nese medicine with warm and dry natures for diuresis, and then models of myocardial ischemia were established by subcutaneous injecting isoproterenol, and the effect of Yangyiu Tianxiangdan on vascular endothelial function was observed. Results: Yangyin Tianxiangdan significantly increased levels of nitric oxide (NO), vascular endothelial growthfactor( VEGF), reduced levels of en- dothelin - 1 ( ET - 1 ) and tumornecrosis factor - c~ ( TNF - a). Conclusion : Yangyin Tianxiangdan can significantly improve vas- cular endothelial function in myocardial ischemia Yin deficiency syndrome rats models. It is an effective drug to improve myocardi- al ischemia.
