摘要
采用四种超数排卵处理方法对１９头日本肉用黑毛和牛进行了超数排卵试验，结果以ＦＳＨ ２０ＡＵ＋ＰＧＦ２Ａ２５ｍｇ和ＦＳＨ ２０ＡＵ＋ＰＧＦ２ａ类似物制剂（Ｅｓｔｒｕｍａｔｅ）０．７５ｍｇ两个处理所获的可用胚数量较多。此外，我们用该试验场 ５３头供体牛，累计２３６次的采卵结果，对与可用胚数相关的因素进行了回归分析，结果表明：对获得可用胚数的影响率依次是采卵次数２７．４９、ＬＨＲＨ １９．４％、营养水平 １３．８％、季节 １３．８％、ＣＩＤＲ ８．８％、其它 １６．８％。
donors (Japanese black cattle) were superovulated with four treatments. The results showed that two treatments(FSH 20AU + PGFZa 25mg and FSH 20AU + PGF2a Estrumate 0 .7mg) got more transferable embryos. In addition, 53 donors were studied on collecting embryos with total 236 times at the Zootechnical Experiment Station. The results and its correlated factors were analyzed by regression analysis. The results showed that influence rate of the factors was frequency of collecting 27.4%, LHRH 19.4%, nutrition plane 13 .8 %, season effect 13 .8%, CIDR 8.8% and others 16.8%, respectively.
