摘要
在分析协同知识创新和进化博弈论相关研究成果的基础上,运用进化博弈论的复制动态机制分析了企业协同知识创新的长期演化趋势,得出了企业均选择协作策略的概率与协同知识创新收益系数正相关而与风险系数负相关的结论;通过改变得益矩阵,鼓励协同链企业积极参与协同知识创新,并建立与之相适应的激励机制,可使协同知识创新沿着最佳的方向演化;结合实证研究对部分分析结果进行了验证。
Based on the analysis of the related research results of the theories of collaborative knowledge innovation and evolutional game,the long - term evolutional trend of enterprise collaborative innovation was analyzed applying the copy dynamic mechanism of evolution game theory. And then it was concluded that the chance collaborative policy being selected by all enterprises was positively related with the profit coefficient but negatively related with the risk coefficient. Establishing the incentive mechanism of collaborative knowledge innovation through changing profit matrix, and encouraging collaborative enterprises to participate collaborative knowledge innovation actively, were the best evolutional directions. And partial analysis results were verified by empirical researches.
