摘要
以B15 DVVT发动机的VVT为例,通过对该发动机的VVT选点以及选点前后发动机的性能对比,分析了进、排气VVT的选点原理,通过实验得出了汽油机在低转速和中低负荷时进、排气VVT的选择对该工况下发动机动力性、燃油经济性及排放性能的影响,在全面分析其影响之后,通过选择合适的VVT达到优化发动机在该工况下区域性能的目的。
The B15 DVVT engine VVT working poim was selected as an example to outline the principle of VVT working point selection for intake and exhaust through comparing engine performance before and after VVT working point selection. Under the engine's low speed and middle - low load condition, a series of experiments illustrated VVT working point selection's effect on power, fuel economy and emissions performance. After a comprehensive analysis, the goal of optimizing the performance was finally achieved for this engine working zone through proper VVT working point selection.
