摘要
随着经济的全球化、Internet技术的发展与普及,相对于传统服务运作管理,基于E-service的新特征不仅改变了消费者的行为模式,也对服务企业的运作管理理论及方法等产生一系列重大的变革.文中总结概括了近年来国内外电子服务运作管理理论研究的现状,提出了当前研究中存在的不足及未来的研究方向.
With the globalization of the economy, the development and popularization of the Internet technology, as opposed to the traditional service operations management, based on the new features the E-service not only changes the behavior patterns of consumers, a series of major changes on the theory and methods of the operation and management of service enterprisesproduce also bringes. This paper summarizes summarizes the status of domestic and foreign electronic services operations man- agement theory in recent years, the shortcomings in the current research and future research direc- tions.
