系统性红斑狼疮抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体检测结果分析

摘要 采用罗氏电化学发光法检测74例SLE患者血清中ACCP抗体水平,并与SLE患者关节临床表现及其他实验室指标进行相关性分析。结果 ACCP抗体在SLE患者中的阳性率为16.2%(12/74)。其中在45例SLE关节炎组ACCP抗体水平在32.1,阳性率为31.1%(14/45),非关节炎组39例ACCP抗体水平11.5,阳性率为12.8%(5/39),两者之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05);ACCP阳性SLE患者比ACCP阴性SLE患者RF水平明显升高,血沉、CRP无明显变化。抗CCP抗体及内风湿因子检测对SLE关节炎的诊断具有一定的意义,综合检验结果和影像检查有助于判断SLE关节炎的严重程度。
