摘要
本校从2010年起开始推行PBL教学,取得了一定的成果,同时也发现了一些问题。调查问卷显示,PBL教学效果认同度排在前三位的分别为提高分析和解决问题能力、增强团队合作意识和增加师生互动。在PBL负面效果中,占用课余时间,加重学习负担的认同度最高。PBL教学有利于学生理解和记忆理论知识,有利于学生的综合素质的提高及教师队伍综合素质的提高。PBL教学法也存在一些问题,有待于今后进一步解决。
Objectives To summarize experiences with and deficiencies of lab courses in medical microbiology since the implementation of PBL and provide evidence for teaching reforms in the future. Methods A total of 64 students majo- ring in clinical medicine starting in 2010 were divided into 4 classes, 2 of which participated in PBL. Students were sur- veyed upon course completion. Results The top 3 benefits of PBL that were identified were "improving analytical abili- ty and problem-solving ability, enhancing group cooperation," and " encouraging interactions between teachers and students. " The negative impacts of PBL identified were its "taking up spare time" and "further burdening study. " Con- clusion PBL offers advantages when teaching a lab course in medical microbiology, though PBL does have drawbacks that need to be eliminated in the future.
