摘要
目的研究锌预处理对神经病理性疼痛(Neuropathic Pain,NPP)模型小鼠脊神经节中锌分布的影响。方法 C57/BL6小鼠给予低锌或高锌预处理2 w后,利用足底注射辣椒素制备NPP动物模型。应用金属自显影技术和图像分析技术检测小鼠脊神经节锌离子的分布变化。结果 正常喂养的小鼠注射辣椒素后,脊神经节中的锌含量降低,阳性表达面积减少,吸光度增加(P<0.01);高锌预处理能显著增加脊神经节中锌的含量,阳性表达面积增加,吸光度降低;而低锌预处理组加重脊神经节的缺锌状况,阳性表达面积减少,吸光度增加(P<0.01)。结论 NPP模型小鼠脊神经节锌离子显著减少,锌预处理能影响脊神经节锌离子的分布。
Objective The effect of zinc pretreatment on the zinc distribution in dorsal root ganglion of neuropathic pain model mice. Method C57/BL6 mice were pretreated with high level or low level of zinc ions for 2 weeks firstly. Then the atomic autometallography technology and image analysis were used to test the effect of zinc pretreatment on the zinc distribution in dorsal root ganglion of neuropathic pain model mice. Results The level of zinc in dorsal root ganglion decreased in NPP model mice, the positive expression area decreased and the absorbance of zinc ions increased (P 〈 0. 01 ). Additionally, the level of zinc ions and the zinc positive expression area in dorsal root ganglion increased in high level zinc pre - treated NPP mice and its absorbance decreased, while the level of zinc ions and the zinc positive expression area in dorsal root ganglion decreased much more in low level zinc pre - treated NPP mice and its absorbance increased ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Zinc ions decreased in the dorsal root ganglion in NPP model mice. Zinc ions pretreatment could influence the location of zinc ions in dorsal root ganglion in NPP mice.
