故障树分析法在新一代天气雷达故障诊断中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 故障树分析法直观、形象、灵活、多用,特别适用于复杂大型电子设备的故障诊断,更重要的是它是以国家标准形式推广的故障诊断方法.首先介绍了故障树分析法的基本概念、数学基础;其次介绍了如何进行故障树的定性分析和定量分析,如何确定最小割集重要度;最后,以雷达发射机故障为例详细说明了故障树分析法的计算过程.通过对重要度从大到小的排序,确定底事件对顶事件发生故障的贡献程度,依据排序的先后顺序进行故障检测,查找发生故障的部件. As a nationally standard fault diagnosis method, the fault tree analysis is easy to implement and has found wide applications, especially in fault diagnosis of large-scale and complicated electronic devices. The basic concepts and mathematical foundations of fault tree analysis are introduced in this paper. The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis processes, as well as the determination of the minimal cut set significance are elaborated. Then a CINRAD fault is taken as an example to describe the calculation process of fault tree analysis in detail. Through the significance sorting in descending order, the contribution of end event to the occurrence of top event is determined, which is sorted for fault diagnosis.
