摘要
随着某型第四代空空导弹等数字化装备投入使用,传统的人工故障判读方法已不能满足实际需求,故障诊断专家系统将成为军工制造领域信息化建设的发展方向;文章首先阐述了故障树技术与专家系统相融合的思想,研究了利用二元决策图进行故障树定性分析的方法,然后重点论述了利用故障树定量分析法,将最小割集重要度运用到专家系统的推理机制中;最后通过具体实例的诊断过程,证明了本系统能够进行高效、可靠的故障诊断,有效提高专家系统的效率。
With the use of digital weapons o~ the fourth generation air--to--air missiles (AAM), the traditional artificial fault diagnosis has been unable to meet current demands. It is direction to use expert system of fault diagnosis in military manufacture field. In this paper, the idea of fault tree analysis (FTA) and expert system integration is described. The method of qualitative analysis based on the fault tree is studied by binary decision diagram (BDD), minimal cut sets importance to the ideological use of the expert system inference mechanism is de- scribed stressly by quantitative analysis based on the fault tree. Finally, through Diagnosis process on the example proves the system has the good performance of high--speed and accurate and improve efficiency on the expert system .
